Returns and Exchanges

The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law").
A request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be submitted to the site by one of the means of communication that appear at the bottom of the regulations.

A refund, change or cancellation of an order will be possible by refund or exchange within a period of up to 14 days after the customer receives the order.

The refund will be made by the payment method in which the customer placed the order.

If the refund, change or cancellation is requested after 14 days from receipt of the order, a request for a refund, change or cancellation of a transaction will be possible subject to the sole discretion of the site..

A return, change or cancellation will be approved after the customer receives a written notification from the site confirming this.

In the event that a refund, change or cancellation is made because the customer regrets (and not due to a defect or incompatibility) and is approved by the site:

The customer must return the product to the site in the same condition as when they received it;

The product has not been used in any way;

The product will be returned with a transaction invoice or proof of transaction;

The costs associated with returning the order will be borne by the customer;

A cancellation fee of 5% of the product amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
