Product Supply and Delivery
Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the website. The shipping fee is for delivery to one destination.
The shipping cost may be updated from time to time as indicated at the time of placing the order on the website.
The website may set a minimum order amount.
The website will deliver the products to the customer through a shipping company/Israel Post/shipment to lockers, to various areas within Israel as determined by the website. The shipping company's terms and conditions, through which the delivery is made, will apply to the delivery of the product via the website and will bind the customer.
Upon receiving and confirming the order by the website operator, the operator will prepare and pack the order within 3 business days from the order confirmation. Any order placed after 12:00 will be considered as placed the next business day.
The delivery of the products by the shipping company will occur within a few days from the order date on the website (up to 7 business days), except for remote areas where the delivery time may extend to up to 10 business days. In exceptional cases, such as during launch weeks or peak periods, shipping times may be extended.
To ensure efficient order processing without issues, it is important to provide all required details on the website accurately and up-to-date. If incorrect details are provided during the order process, the company cannot guarantee that the order will be processed or that the products will be delivered to the correct destination. In case the products are returned to the website operator due to incorrect details, the operator has the right to charge the user an additional shipping fee.
Orders that have been confirmed and are in stock will be delivered directly to the address provided by the customer via an external shipping company.
It should be clarified that orders placed after 12:00 will be considered as placed the next business day.
If an order is placed for areas not covered by the shipping company's delivery services, as per the shipping company's terms and conditions, the website is not obligated to deliver. The website may deliver to areas outside the delivery zone with prior telephone coordination.
The website operator is not responsible for shipping times and delays caused by the shipping company but is available to assist the customer in resolving any issues. The website operator is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, force majeure, wars, emergencies, system malfunctions, phone system issues affecting the purchase process, email service failures, or delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including lockdowns, restrictions, etc., or any other reason beyond the website owner's control.
The website operator works with a private courier company that delivers directly to the customer’s home by prior arrangement. It is the customer's responsibility to be available by phone so that the courier can deliver the package and coordinate its arrival. If the customer does not answer their phone due to unavailability or a wrong phone number provided in the website system, the package will be returned to the website operator, and the customer will be required to pay for the additional shipping cost.
In most cases, the delivery will be to the customer's home. However, in community settlements, villages, kibbutzim, etc., the products may be delivered to the settlement's office. In such cases, the customer will be notified via phone or written notice.
Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery confirmation is done by the recipient's signature (an adult). In case of a request to leave the package without personal delivery, the courier will photograph the package at the location of its delivery, and the company is not responsible for the product’s condition or for ensuring its delivery to the customer afterward.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the order confirmation sent by email to ensure there are no errors in the order. No claims will be accepted if the ordered items are different from what was stated in the order confirmation.
Any report about defective or missing products must be submitted in writing to the company’s offices within 3 business days from the delivery of the package. If the package was not received, the customer must notify the company within 3 business days from the last expected delivery date, as outlined in the delivery terms above.
In case of non-response to delivery coordination messages from the shipping company, the package will be returned to the company. Re-shipping the package will incur an additional shipping charge.
